J'ai trouvé le classements de vente moyenne de DVD pour toute les séries (sans limitation de date), c'est intéressant:

Par exemple, on se rend compte queeen] Macross F a plus marché que Code Geass et que Gurren Lagann n'a pas eu autant de succès qu'on aurait pu le croire.

donc tout de méme en rovoyant les chiffres Macross F en 2008 48366 units: 20,844 (DVD) 27522 (Bluray)

ont voit aussi que 2008 a été un meilleur année pour les ventes , mais je suis un peu surpris du résultat de macross frontier, je m'attendais a un peu moins, tant mieux au final .

Signe de la réussite commerciale de Macross Frontier autant que de l'écart des générations, voici une petite anecdote que "Tochiro" sur le forum Macross World a vécu au Festival Girasama :
